Swagelok(R) GSI series weir-style diaphragm valves are designed and manufactured to meet stringent industry requirements. Valves are available with Kwik-Clamp and TS series sanitary clamp and tube butt weld end connections.

Shutoff valve bodies are forged from 316L grade stainless steel in accordance with ASTM A182 S9 specification and ASME BPE requirements to provide integrity, strength, and high levels of purity. Available with manual or pneumatic actuation, the valves are offered with a variety of end connections, surface finishes, and diaphragm materials. Specialty products are available in a variety of sizes and finishes:

-- Sterile access valves are available in various orientations in sizes from 1/2 to 4 in. and optimize steam sterilization, purging, or condensate drainage requirements.
-- Close-coupled branch valves, which are machined block configurations for use as point-of-use valves, minimize deadleg areas and optimize drainability; an optional integral sample valve and 90 degree elbow tube extension header are available.
-- Tee-pattern valves, which are block configurations for sample or purge applications, minimize deadleg areas and optimize drainability; an optional integral sample valve is available.
-- Point-of-use (Viking) valves are machined block configurations that feature a compact, patented design that eliminates deadleg areas and provides an end-to-end width that is identical to an ASME BPE 180 degree elbow to allow for design flexibility.
