ABB LAUNCHES NEW NETWORK MANAGER RELEASE

ABB, the leading power and automation technology group, announced today the launch of its newest Network Manager monitoring and control solution. ABB will present Network Manager at CIRED 2005, June 6-9 in Turin, Italy.

The new Network Manager release features enhanced operational reliability, enhanced cyber security, distribution management system functionality and a lifetime upgrade feature. Network Manager's SCADA system offers real-time integration of distribution information for optimum distribution management.

ABB's open and versatile platform allows for easy integration of utility information systems while maintaining IT security levels.
