Under the terms of a Letter of Intent, the two companies will jointly develop, market and sell comprehensive device management solutions based on Lantronix device server technology and emWare DeviceView software and services. The combined Lantronix and emWare offering delivers immediate and long-range benefits to organizations with service operations by providing an easy to install, cost-effective solution to access, monitor and maintain equipment in remote locations. Key capabilities include:

Allows service technicians in a central location to determine the status and operating conditions of remote equipment located anywhere in the world.

Reduces dispatch errors by diagnosing the exact problem and determining replacement parts requirements prior to dispatching a service technician.
