EURESCOM PROPOSES XML INTERFACES FOR INTERCONNECTION
01 September 2000 - European Institute for Research and Strategic Studies in Telecommunications GmbH (EURESCOM)

EURESCOM's proposals for common standards for XML-based OSS interconnection have found prominent recognition by an article published in the recent issue of TELOSSOURCE Magazine. The authors, Alexandre Haeffner and Jason Donahue from Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, recognize EURESCOM's special approach. It takes into account the structure of the European communications market and also leverages a much cleaner set of OSS interconnection interfaces compared to the U.S. telecom experience.
