GE FANUC APPOINTS KERRCO AUTOMATION AS A NEW DISTRIBUTOR IN SCOTLAND

GE Fanuc has appointed a new distributor in Scotland, Kerrco Automation, whose experienced staff have an in-depth knowledge of the local markets and offer strong technical support to their customers.

Colin Kerr, managing director of the newly formed Kerrco Automation, explained, 'GE Fanuc is a major player in automation especially since the acquisition of Intellution, a company we successfully represented through our previous business.

GE Fanuc's latest open platforms in the PACSystems Programmable Automation Controllers family, and the diverse software contained within Proficy Intelligent Production Solutions which together target the total enterprise, provide the opportunity for Kerrco to expand in several key markets.'
