NNE ACQUIRES US CLEANROOM CERTIFICATION COMPANY

The acquisition will dramatically enhance the cleanroom service capabilities of NNE's North Carolina-based subsidiary, NNE US. CCT employees provide independent testing, certification and consulting services to a wide variety of clients within the pharma and biotech industry, concentrated in the eastern US.

NNE acquires the US company Contamination Control Technologies, Inc., situated in North Carolina.

The Principal of CCT, David Brande, says: - NNE represents a company that has an extraordinarily good reputation due to their cutting edge qualifications, such as the award winning 2005 ISPE Facility of the Year, the NovoSeven facility. We will continue to service our existing clients, but they can now benefit from one of the world's largest pools of engineering competences with focus on bio-pharma. Since NNE has all the competences, we can now offer a comprehensive array of services to the clients. We are proud of becoming NNE's US 'cleanroom certification department', and look forward to working with our new colleagues, both in the US and abroad.

Bo Harvig, General Manager of NNE US, states: - CCT and NNE fit very well together. Both companies focus on bio-pharma industries and as CCT represents highly skilled clean room competences, the acquisition will boost NNE's rapid expansion in the US. Furthermore, CCT is also based in North Carolina with an excellent client base and a large project portfolio.

With the acquisition of CCT, NNE US will employ more than 60 people. Since the rapid growth in staff will continue, NNE is leasing larger premises in Clayton providing room for the more than 70 employees Bo Harvig expects NNE US to employ by the end of 2005, only two years after the company's start.
