VERY SAFE POWER RELAY SWITCHES HIGH LOADS AND ITS VERSATILE DESIGN REDUCES SOURCING PROBLEMS
Available from specialist distributor Switchtec, a Hongfa relay offers high performance and many options for use in high power switching applications. The relay offers designers a versatile, reliable solution that is able to satisfy a broad range of applications, embracing formats that will reduce inventory and simplify purchasing. Hongfa's JQX116F power relay is aimed at OEMs, CEMs, panel builders and end users for applications as applicable to control panels, pumping, lifts, stair lifts, vending machines, indeed virtually anywhere where a remotely operated high power switching function is required. With a contact rating of 30A at 250VAC, the powerful relay will handle heavy loads up to 7500VA. The JQX116F is available in three formats to suit different applications. Suffix I is configured for flange or base mount, suffix 2 is for panel, Faston or PCB, and suffix 3 is configured as panel mounting with screw terminals. Both SPST and DPST variants are available. Making it suitable for use in applications where isolation is an important factor, the relay's 3mm open contact gap ensures a high level of safe, 'worry free' isolation that is rated at 4kV. For further safety and reliability, the relay offers the high level of class 'F' insulation. The versatile relay is available with operating coil voltage ratings of 6, 12, 24, 48, and 110V AC and DC, and also with 230V AC coils. As to be expected from one of the world's leading relay manufacturers, the JQX116F boasts excellent build quality and materials, and offers a mechanical lifetime of 10 million operations. For 'world-wide' saleability in host products, the relay conforms to UL, CSA, TUV and CQC approval.
