EASE OF INSTALLATION IS PROVIDED BY VERSATILE RANGE OF ROTARY CAM SWITCHES FOR MOTOR CONTROL APPLICATIONS
Aimed at manufacturers and OEMs, the Bremas CN range addresses the demand for components that are quick and easy to install, thus offering savings in manufacturing time and costs. The switches utilise a 22mm mounting hole, a more common standard that aids production, and feature IP20 'touch proof' terminals that are safer during testing and through life operation. The switches' operating handles are protected to IP65. Operating angles of 30°, 45°, 60° and 90° are on offer. A large selection of switching types is available including one, two, three and four pole on/off, pole changing switches and motor star/delta starting. For safety and reliability, the switches are manufactured from heat resistant, class V2 halogen free and self-extinguishing materials that have a long mechanical life. The switches' wire clamping screws are provided with captive plus/minus self-lifting cable clamps and are supplied in the open position for quick and easy installation. Modular shaft extensions obviate the need to cut steel shafts to size. A wide range of options includes choice of handle colours, front plate styles, legend carriers, padlock facilities and ready marked facia plates. Accessories include a mounting reducer disc, DIN rail fixing plates and label blanks for use with legend carriers.
