Specialist distributor Switchtec has produced a dedicated brochure detailing the extensive range of enclosed switch disconnectors now available from them. Embracing units from leading manufacturers Telergon and Bremas, the brochure enables engineers, specifiers and buyers to rapidly select a suitable enclosed switch disconnector for their application.

Telergon switches are supplied in metallic enclosures with a protection rating of IP55. On/off switches are supplied in current ratings from 40A to 1600A, whilst changeover switches embrace current ratings from 63A to 1250A. The latter utilising the new space saving CCF series switch for sizes above 250Amp.

Offering versatility, fused switches from Telergon cover the range from 63A to 800A. All standard Telergon metal enclosed switch disconnectors are offered in 3-pole plus switched neutral format, and are supplied complete with terminal shrouds, top and bottom gland plates and removable back plate for ease of installation.

The Bremas range of enclosed switch disconnectors utilise polycarbonate housings offering a good degree of environmental protection to IP65 and for safety, the enclosure cover is only removable in the 'off' position. Available in 3 or 4 pole format, current ratings from 20A to 100A are offered. Featuring a logical, easy to wire, 'straight in straight out' format, the cost effective Bremas range of enclosed switch disconnectors conforms to IEC947-3.
