In addition to fully featured sharing and storage capabilities, the service offers complimentary email, calendar, address book, online website and photo album hosting! axentra.net 2.0 provides users with 250 MB of storage space that allows them to access and share their files (publish your photo albums), calendar, contacts and more from anywhere via a web browser enabled device or through native Windows, Mac or Linux PIM applications such as MS-Outlook, MS-Entourage, Netscape, and Mozilla to name a few. Axentra Corporation today announced "axentra.net 2.0", a free online service for securely sharing and storing content such as photos, documents and videos from anywhere, anytime.

By joining axentra.net for free, consumers get easy online storage and sharing capabilities for their digital content with friends and family as well as a host of applications:

Via the file manager, users can upload images to their account and share them with their friends and family via an easy and powerful interface. Viewers can view and download images or play a slideshow.

The Axentra Application center offers users a complete and customizable portal they can access via a web browser from anywhere to get access to their address book, calendar, files, bookmarks, notes and more!

With 250MB of free space online, users can store and share lots of files on the net. They can access those files directly from Windows File Manager or from the Mac using WebDAV, or simply use their browser and get access via our web file manager. Users can then access their email account from the Internet via the Axentra Applications Web interface or connect to their account on the axentra.net servers using any POP3 or IMAP client email application running on Windows, Mac OS, or Linux. A smart bookmarklet application can be dragged from their axentra.net account onto their web browser, and from then on, users can click on it to add their favorite web pages to their Axentra.net account, and keep them accessible from one central location!

To get access the axentra.net free 250MB service, consumers can go to http://www.axentra.com. On the main page, they can create an account by creating a username and password. Once the account is created, users will be taken to their personal axentra.net portal with 250MB of storage space.
