AXENTRA CORPORATION APPOINTS DR. ROBERT D. AUSTIN TO THE BOARD OF ADVISORS

Today, Axentra Corporation announced the appointment of Robert D. Austin to its Board of Advisors. Robert Austin brings with him a wealth of technical and business knowledge as well as industry experience. Currently, Dr. Austin teaches at the Harvard Business School where he chairs the school's executive program for Chief Information Officers and other IT executives.

During a recent leave of absence, Dr. Austin served as a senior executive for a new business being established by a leading technology company. Before coming to Harvard, Professor Austin was a technology implementation manager for the Ford Motor Company's European and Emerging Market operations.

Dr. Austin earned his Ph.D. in Management and Decision Sciences from Carnegie Mellon University. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science (Operations Research concentration) from Northwestern University and bachelors degrees in Engineering and English Literature from Swarthmore College.
