ECS SERVO CONTROLLER: READY-MADE SOLUTIONS FOR MOTION CONTROL APPLICATIONS

Lenze has expanded the ECS line of servo inverters to provide multi-axis operations with central control. With the motion version, the controllers are already preconfigured in the factory to operate within a motion control environment and can very quickly be adapted to the application in question, thus saving time and money.

The "Motion" version is one of three motion control functions that Lenze now delivers preconfigured ex works."Speed & Torque" is designed for speed and torque control, "Posi and Shaft" stores up to 15 positioning profiles, which in turn can be absolute, relative, absolute and relative, infinite, manual fixed speed values or master frequency followers.

The ECS servo system covers the power range 1.1 to 13.4 kW and includes the safety function "safe torque off" ("safe standstill") as standard. This allows the user to carry out maintenance or cleaning work on the machine without having to shut down the complete system. The result: less down-time, together with higher availability and increased productivity.
