A new move by the Lenze Group to prove its commitment to customer support is the extension of its warranty period from 12 months to 24 months as of September 1st this year.

All European Lenze companies will make the same move. As you would expect from an international company, the warranty applies worldwide, so customers will be able to choose local support across the globe.

What's more, the warranty isn't just valid for Lenze manufactured products, but also for other brands sold by Lenze. In the UK, this means Panasonic, Servomech, Vogel and many more.

This new guarantee on products from Lenze on the back of the introduction of the 24-hour global service helpline, shows that Lenze are confident of their expertise in drive technology and keen to share this in the best way they can.
