PH SENSOR- PHASER REFERENCE TECHNOLOGY FOR GREATER ACCURACY IN LOW-CONDUCTIVITY PH MEASUREMENTS
Rosemount Analytical Model 3200HP flowing reference pH sensor measures pH in condensate, boiler feedwater, and boiler water applications typical in steam electric power plants. Emerson Process Management today introduced the all-new Rosemount Analytical Model 3200HP pH sensor with pHaser reference technology. This innovative technology eliminates junction potential by controlling the flow of reference electrolyte through laser-drilled capillary junctions. The Model 3200HP is intended for the accurate and stable determination of pH in condensate, boiler feedwater and boiler water applications typical in steam electric power plants. The rugged sensor assembly consists of a reference electrolyte reservoir, a low flow cell, a combination pH sensor with convenient Variopol connector, and an integral solution ground to protect against electrostatic noise pickup. A stainless steel thermowell is also included for fast temperature response and measurement stability.
