MARKETING AGREEMENT FOR U.S. CUSTOMER CONTRACT CENTER MARKETPLACE

Rockwell Electronic Commerce and Telstra Incorporated, the US subsidiary of Telstra Corporation, a leading carrier in Australia and the Asia Pacific region, have entered into an agreement to cooperatively market each other's technologies and services in the U.S.

"Many US-based large and medium-sized enterprises have already chosen Telstra to provision their call center services in the US and the Asia Pacific," said Franco Carida, Vice President, Sales and Customer Operations.

"Our alliance with Rockwell e-commerce rounds out the full suite of call center services that we have deployed in the US to date including features such as Follow the Sun, Percent Call Allocation, Geographic Call Distribution, and advanced Interactive Voice Response technology and Audioconferencing," he added.

Under the terms of the agreement the companies will jointly market Rockwell Electronic Commerce's best-in-class product set including Spectrum, Transcend and 3CS customer contact center platforms; Contact Integration Manager, the award-winning, media-blending solution; and Call Center Studio, Rockwell EC's rapid application development product for desktops.
