It includes a gate-shaped component that moves on the X and Y axes above the substrate. Equipment such as drying and coating devices can be mounted on the TandemThroughStage, enabling its use as a common platform in each of the LCD panel manufacturing processes. This contrasts with conventional assembly processes that use a separate glass substrate positioning stage for each manufacturing device. In addition, an LCD panel transfer robot is provided as a standard feature with the TandemThroughStage. 09 May 2002 - Yokogawa UK Yokogawa Electric Corporation announced today that it has developed the DL750 ScopeCorder and will release it to Japanese market on May 13, 2002, and to others on May 27. The new DL750 product is the latest in the DL700 series of waveform measuring instruments that can be used for observing a wide variety of waveforms from physical to electric signals. The DL750 ScopeCorder has incorporated 1 gigaword of memory, the largest for this class of device, and is half the size of previous generation products. It is also equipped with the GIGAZoom function, which uses a specially developed ASIC to instantaneously display data stored in the large memory. |

Ltd. to become the exclusive sales agent for Mobiwave D10 under the Yokogawa-Mobiwave label in the Japanese, North American, and Oceanian markets. Yokogawa will offer warranties and services for Mobiwave products, and in accordance with the alliance, both companies will cooperate in marketing Mobiwave products. |

19 March 2002 - Yokogawa UK Yokogawa Electric Corporation announced that it has prototyped a 16-to-1 signal multiplexer that multiplexes sixteen 2.5-Gbps signals into one 40-Gbps signal and the prototype has demonstrated that it can successfully produce a 43-Gbps waveform, which makes it viable for commercial applications. Yokogawa will exhibit this prototype system at the Optical Fiber Communication Conference and Exhibit, a world-renowned optical communication show in Anaheim, California, USA, from March 19 to 21. |
