Established in 1982, Sensortechnics was formed as a family-run trading business for basic pressure sensors. It soon extended its activities to include the development and manufacture of high-quality piezoresistive pressure transducers and transmitters. Today, Sensortechnics employs worldwide more than 75 people.Sensortechnics now offers Original Equipment Manufacturers a wide range of basic pressure sensors, rugged transmitters and customized sensing systems from pressure ranges of 1 millibar (0.4 "H2O) up to 1000 bar (20000 psi) as well as pressure switches, submersible sensors, flow and force sensors. Proven competence in pressure measurement has led to Sensortechnics being the European Master Distributor for Honeywell's pressure, flow and force sensors with its premium brands of Honeywell, SenSym, Foxboro ICT and Data Instruments. In addition to these, Sensortechnics manufactures its own range of standard and custom products. Customization can range from modifying a standard design with non-standard calibrations, housings or connectors, to full custom designs.
The headquarters and product development center is based near Munich, Germany, where a team of experienced engineers design products for customer specific applications and develop new products for emerging OEM markets. Sensortechnics has sales offices in the United States, Great Britain, France and the Netherlands and representatives throughout the world.
