| Succes of First Trial Flights of Tactical SDTI UAV |
27 January 2003 - Sagem Communication The first trial flights of the tactical SDTI UAV have been carried out with success at the end of 2002, in the military camp of Mourmelon, in the French region of Champagne. Part of the SAGEM SPERWER range, SDTI is the future tactical UAV system of the French Army. It is meant to replace CRECERELLE used since 1995 and prepare the ground for the MCMM program (multi-payload, multi-mission), planned by 2003-2008 Defence Spending Plan. |
